Job Description:
Looking for Banking and Loan Processor for fastest growing e commerce
Key responsibilities included as follows:
1. Centralized Banking
b. Handling Cash Management process for the Rural Business
c. Timely and frequent reviews on the Banking process to identify risks and build controls to mitigate the same.
d. Handling of timely & accurate registration of the repayment mandates.
e. Curing of the rejected mandates via close coordination with the Sponsor / Destination banks
f. Ensuring maximum transactions are routed via Banking
g. Keeping in place a repository for all transactions executed with proper audit trails. Ensure periodic reporting requirements are adhered to.
h. Addressing queries related to Banking.
i. Responsible for complete & accurate account reconciliation
j. Relationship management with the sponsor banks & ensuring correct invoicing
k. Identification & Set up of various cost reduction initiatives via negotiation with Banks / implementation of new process
2. Record management:
a. Handling the record management for the unit.
b. Adherence to the Record Management policy of Fullerton India.
c. Invoice monitoring & ensure correct billing by the vendor
d. Regular audits to be conducted for the archival vendor to assess safety & security of the documents archived
Including any other activity w.r.t the Central Banking process
