Hyderabad: On Sunday, the Chilkalguda police booked an e-petty case against Syed Javed and Syed Parvez, owners of “Famous pan shop” for running the shop at late night in Chilkalguda.in violation of the City Police Act.
Even earlier, four e-petty cases were booked against the duo for late night business and were fined by the court. On Sunday night too, the police booked a case against the duo for repeatedly violating the law by keeping the shop open till late night and filed a charge-sheet. Accordingly, the X Addl Chief Metropolitan Magistrate today convicted and sentenced the duo to one day jail term and fine of Rs 100. (NSS)
