New Delhi: Ex-IPS Officer, Mr. Sanjiv Bhatt has taunted the ongoing debate on “1984 Sikh Carnage”.
He tweeted, ” Rahul should be held accountable for the Emergency (when he was 6), for the 1984 Sikh Carnage (when he was 14) and Bofors Scandal (when he was 17). Modi should be given a clean chit for all that happened under his stewardship-2002 Gujarat Carnage, Demonetisation, Rafale Scam.”

It may be mentioned that recently, Mr. P. Chidambaram, former Finance Minister had said that Mr. Rahul Gandhi cannot be held responsible for anti-Sikh riots. He also said that the former Prime Minister of India, Dr. Manmohan Singh and ex-President of AICC, Ms. Sonia Gandhi had already apologized for the brutal incident.
It may be mentioned that 1984 Sikh Carnage had taken place after the assassination of former Prime Minister, Ms. Indira Gandhi by two of her bodyguards.
