Ravula denies discussion on Revanth issue

Telangana TDP senior leader and politburo member Ravula Chandrasekhar Reddy today denied reports that the issue of Revanth Reddy was discussed in the meeting today.

Contrary to reports that the meeting was convened to discuss the issue of Revanth Reddy amidst reports he is likely to join the Congress. But Ravula said the issue of Revanth Reddy was not even raised in the meeting. Ravula also denied that Motkupally boycotted the meeting. Motkupally left only after the meeting, he clarified and said the TDLP meeting would be held on October 26 to chalk out a strategy to be adopted in the Assembly.

Ravula said Revanth had assured that he would attend the TDLP meeting. The party general body meeting would be held shortly which would be attended by Chief Minister and party national president N Chandrababu Naidu, he added. (NSS)
