Ingredients:

  • 1/2 liter milk
  • 1 cup oats
  • 2 cardamoms
  • Sugar (optional)
  • 6-7 raisins
  • 1 banana
  • 4-5 dates
  • 6-7 almonds

Procedure:

  • Roast oats for 4 to 5 minutes.
  • In a pan add milk, sugar, cardamom, dates, almonds and raisins. Boil for about 5 minutes.
  • Add oats and let it boil until it becomes thick.
  • Once the kheer is done add fruits if you like and serve hot or cool.
