Congress leader A Revanth Reddy today alleged that Chief Minister KCR appointed Andhraite NVS Reddy as a permanent MD of Metro Rail Project.
Speaking to the media here on Thursday at Gandhi Bhavan, Revanth Reddy alleged that KCR’s benamis owned 52 acres in Hitex, Delloitte building, 31 acres before Vijaywada Airport, 2 acre land in Vizag, 15,000 square feet land at Hitex building from L&T. He also alleged that KCR okayed old design of Sultan Bazar after transfer of Rs 1,200 crore assets to his benamis’ names from L&T. Alleging that KCR’s family forcibly registered assets of the L&T, he questioned the need to construct Metro Rail station at Rayadurgam while selling HMDA assets for the sake of MyHome Jupally Rameshwara Rao.
Alleging that the Chief Minister was giving priority to Andhra employees, Revanth Reddy alleged that IT Minister KT Ramarao held discussions with MIM MP Asaduddin Owaisi without security only to see that Asad not question shifting of Old City Metro Rail project. The State government was shifting the Old City Metro Rail Project to Rayadurgam, he remarked. (NSS)
