Jagdish Mali, 35, was shot at by his wife’s beau. On Friday evening, he got into a fight with Dilip, with whom his wife was involved, in Nai Basti locality under the Chandausi police station limits.
As Dilip opened fire at Mali he died on the spot and an FIR was filed against his wife and her lover on a complaint lodged by the victim’s brother, following which even his wife had been arrested while the main accused is still absconding.
