Chittorgarh: Bajrang Dal and other Hindu organisations associated with Sangh Parivar hit out at an industrial company for donating crores of rupees of funds for the development of world-renowned Dargah Khaja Moinuddin Chishti, in Ajmer. They demonstrated at the collectorate.
According to the sources, on the request of Minority Welfare Minister Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi, Hindustan Zinc Ltd located at Chittorgarh recently donated 100 cr for the development of Ajmer Dargah from its CSR fund.
Objecting over it Bajrang Dal and Shiv Sena people protested against the central government and the management of Hindustan Zinc Ltd before the Collectorate. They said that giving the whopping amount in donation is the violation of rights of local residents. They said locals are not being employed in the company. While the company rakes thousands of crores of profit from here but the CSR fund is not used for the development of the city, they said.
