Saharanpur: Darul Uloom Deoband has issued a ‘fatwa’ against people buying life insurance policies or getting their property insured. Chairman of Darul Uloom Deoband’s Online Fatwa Department expressed his views on the issued fatwa. According to the clerics buying such insurance policies or getting property insured is against the tenets of Islam as a Muslim should have faith in Allah, and not in any insurance companies.
