Bakhiyarpur : Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar was saved from a major public embarrassment when a disgruntled person aimed a slipper at him here on Thursday.
The Chief Minister was here to attend an event to remember Pandit Sheel Bhadra Yajee, the activist from Bihar associated with the Indian independence movement, on his death anniversary.
The suspect has been detained by the police.
