Home Minister N Narsimha Reddy today said that steps will be taken to strengthen director of prosecution department. Along with law and housing minister A Indrakaran Reddy and officials, Narsimha Reddy held a high level review meeting followed by a directive from Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao. It was decided to fill up the posts of tenure prosecutors for various courts as the appointment of permanent prosecutors needs more time in the department. He asked the officials for proposals for strengthening the department with staff, computers, furniture, internet and facilities and also buildings for administration. The government will take decision to fill up the posts needed in the department and provide all facilities he said. (NSS)
