Hyderabad: In a bizarre incident, a teacher punished a 4-year-old, kindergarten student allegedly by plastering his mouth with a duct tape. The incident occurred at Puppalguda near Narsingi, here on Saturday, where the class teacher, Asasra, of Season Street pre-school, allegedly taped the boy’s mouth because he was talking too much in the class.
As reported by Telangana Today, the incident came to light after the child went home and complained to his mother that his class teacher had sealed his mouth using a tape.
Boy’s mother Sowmya then lodged a complaint with the Narsingi police. A case has been registered under Section 82 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act.
