Patna: A teenager wrote a letter to the President of India seeking permission to end his life. In his letter, the boy, aged 15, mentioned that he is vexed with the strained relations between his parents who indulge in quarreling with each other every day.
He also said that due to the quarrels of his parents, his education is getting affected.
Taking action on this letter, PMO informed the district administration of Bhagalpur in Bihar State ordering officials to carry out a thorough investigation of the case.
