Alwar : In a shocking incident the car carrying the witnesses in Pehlu Khan lynching case was fired at by some unknown persons who were in another car.
“I was in the car with witnesses Azmat and Rafiq and Pehlu’s sons Irshad and Arif, along with driver Amjad. We were going to Behror to depose Pehlu’s lynching but when we crossed Neemrana, a black Scorpio without a number plate tried to overtake us and make us stop.” wrote adv Asad Hayat on his Facebook wall.
The black Scorpio was without a name plate.
‘When we crossed Neemrana, some persons driving a black Scarpio over took our us and indicated to stop our car raising their hand, but we told Amjad who was driving not to stop and take a U turn. They opened fire on us while we were trying to take a U turn, told Rafique to Muslim Mirror
Sensing the danger Asad took a U turn immediately and reached Alwar to inform authorities about the incident.
There was no injury from the firing .
