Vision of Indian constitution at stake

In the current scenario, national integration needs to be promoted. Jamiat Ulama-e-Hind President Maulana Syed Arshad Madani told this during the conference. Citing historical reference Maulana Syed Arshad Madani said Muslims fought for freedom struggle between 1803 to 1947. The vision of Indian constitution is at stake. If the same situation continues, the constitution will be slaughtered. It will not only harm Muslims but all minorities will be affected.

Maulana also urged Hindus not to indulge in rowdyism in the name of cow slaughter instead make it the national animal. Giving the example of Parveen Togadia, he said those who play with fire becomes the victim of the fire.

Swami Agnivesh said division on the basis of caste and creed can take one to the power but is destructive for the future of the country. He said humanity is the biggest religion.

Sikh leader Dr Ravel Singh told about Muslims that we feel your pain when you are branded as a terrorist because we also faced the same situation in the 1980s.

Jain leader Satyanand Maharaj said Islam is not your religion alone, it is for the whole mankind. Muslims should come out of their shell and propagate the religion.
