This is what India needs: Long queues for admission outside Delhi govt. school

New Delhi: There is no doubt that the education system in Indian government schools is getting worse day by day. There have been reports earlier when teachers were found sleeping during working hours in schools, while in some there was no availability of basic requirements like water or toilets.

However, there has arisen a ray of hope for parents in the capital city as the quality of education in government schools seems to get better.

Aam Admi Party member, Atishi Marlena, the current Advisor to the Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi, Manish Sisodia, primarily on education has shared a video on Twitter. The video shows long queues of people outside a government school seeking admission to the class nursery for their wards.

The AAP leader captioned it saying: “What makes this queue for nursery admission forms unusual? The fact that it’s outside a govt school, not a private school! This is the #DelhiEducationRevolution that @AamAadmiParty has brought!”

Several people on Twitter encouraged Delhi government for their efforts towards quality education and congratulated them.
