New Delhi: Jan Adhikar Party MP Pappu Yadav on Tuesday gave an adjournment motion notice in the Lok Sabha over derailment of the Seemanchal Express in which seven people died.
Nine bogies of the Jogbani-Anand Vihar Terminal Seemanchal Express were derailed near Sahadai Buzurg on Sunday. The accident claimed the lives of seven people and 27 passengers suffered injuries.
Pappu Yadav won the 2014 Lok Sabha elections from the seat of Madhepura in Bihar. During the 2015 Bihar elections, he formed a new party Jan Adhikar Party (L).
