Scenes from Vijay starrer ‘Master’ leaked online

Chennai:  After a major criticism that broke against the makers of Vijay’s much-awaited Pongal release ‘Master’ for their request to run theatres with 100% capacity seems like there is a new problem in hand for the film.

Even before the film hit the screens, some scenes from the movie have been leaked online already. Reportedly the scenes were recorded during a screening for the distributors of the film and were circulated online.

Even the pivotal introduction scene has been leaked online and director Lokesh Kanagaraj with the producers has requested the fans to not circulate the clips and respect their hard work.

He said that it has been 1.5 years of struggle to bring the film to the audience and they hope that the viewers enjoy it in theatres.

Apart from him, many others who are involved with the film have come out and requested everyone to be supportive and not circulate the clips further.  They have also appealed to the fans to report the leaked videos so that they can block such links. Fans can report the links of leaked movie scenes from Master on the email address, report@blockxpiracy.com.

Amid all the chaos, there has been no statement from actor Vijay, while Vijay Sethupathi reposted director Kanagaraj’s statement on his social media account.

A few days ago the makers faced criticism for appealing to the state government for theatres to run with 100 per cent capacity despite the ongoing pandemic.

It will be interesting to see how the film fares and how the audience likes it despite all the controversies that have been going on since the release date was announced.
