Hyderabad: Mr. Anjani Kumar, Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad City informed that a special campaign is being launched to create awareness to stop misuse of horns in transport vehicles.
He said that there are 1.2 crore people in this city. It was observed that many youngsters misuse horns of their vehicles creating noise pollution.
He pointed out that misuse of horns in vehicles is treated as a bad sign for the civilized citizens in Western countries.
He told that instead of imposing fines, these youths will be offered to counsel since it is their moral responsibility to avoid pollution.
