Hyderabad: A three-year-old girl was sexually assaulted by a youth in Nizamabad on Sunday, police said.
According to Police reports, the accused identified as Sravan found the minor girl playing near her home and took her to an isolated place where he sexually assaulted her, Hans reports.
After the incident, the accused dropped her at her home and fled the spot.
The victim shared the horrible experience with her mother who then approached the police against the accused.
The police have now registered a case under POCSO act and are on the manhunt for the absconding accused.
