Three police officials named in murder case

Hyderabad: Jubilee Hills Police while filing the charge sheet in N.R.I industrialist, Ch. Jayaram’smurder case, named three police officials.

According to the details, police filed a charge sheet against the accused Rakesh Reddy and his companions. In the charge sheet, the names of 11 witnesses have been included. The name of a woman, ShikhaChowdhary also figures in the list of witnesses.

In the charge sheet, it has been stated that the prime accused of the murder case, Rakesh Reddy had made 11 videos and 13 photographs of Jayaram.

He had maintained that Jayaram owed Rs. 4.5 crore to Rakesh Reddy.
It may be mentioned that this murder case was initially registered in A.P and later transferred to Hyderabad city police which conducted investigations afresh.

During the investigation, it was found through the analysis of telephone recording that the kingpin of this murder case, Rakesh Reddy had in contact with ACP of Ibrahimpatnam, Mr. S. Malla Reddy and two inspectors of police by name Srinivasulu and Ram Babu who were earlier posted at Nallakunta and Raidurgam police stations.

According to the charge sheet, this murder took place in connection with business transactions.

The above mentioned police officials had assisted the accused in committing the crime.

It may be noted that after murdering Jayaram in Jubilee Hills area, his body was thrown in Nandigama area of AP with an intention to treat it as accident.
