TREDA 10th Property Show showcases attractive Realty Properties

Hyderabad: The most awaited “TREDA Property Show” to fulfil the aspiration of thousands of people looking to buy a dream home or a plot is back in the city. The three-day gala Event “TREDA Property Show” has kick-started today at HITEX Exhibition Ground, Hyderabad and was inaugurated by  Vemula Prashanth Reddy, Minister for Roads & Buildings Legislative affairs and Housing, Govt of Telangana in the presence of dignitaries from TREDA and the industry.

The Real Estate Sector in the Telangana state and particularly Hyderabad has continued to gather increasing pace in both – office and residential space. Hyderabad indicated a sustained and substantial growth with most of the multinational companies setting up operations in the city.

The robust infrastructure and availability of a large talent pool is a prime consideration, thanks to the Telangana Government’s incentive schemes and policies such as, a single-window mechanism for the registration of businesses, Land Records Updating Program, modernised civil security systems, integrated IT ecosystem, that made Hyderabad a flagship destination in the country.
