Rae Bareli: The Unnao rape victim received critical injuries after meeting with a road accident. In the accident, two persons lost their lives.
On the way to meet relative
According to the report published in India Today, the car in which they were traveling collided with a truck. This accident took place on Sunday when they were on the way to Raebareli to meet the victim’s relative.
Two persons died in the accident
In the accident, two persons died whereas, the victim and her lawyer Mahendra Singh received serious injuries.
Advocate Vimal Kumar Yadav, Junior of Advocate Mahendra Singh informed ANI that the victim, her aunt, and lawyer were injured in the accident.
Treatment at King George Medical University
The injured persons are receiving treatment at King George Medical University (KGMU) Trauma Centre in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
It may be mentioned that the victim had accused BJP MLA from Bangarmau, Kuldeep Singh Sengar of abducting and raping her.
