With Indo-China tensions on LAC, Srinagar-Leh highway closed

Srinagar: The Srinagar – Leh National highway is virtually closed for civilian traffic as only army convoys were being out to ply on this road after the fresh flare-up all along LAC in Ladakh. At Gagangeer near Sonmarg in District Ganderbal on this side of Zojila Pass, authorities have not only made a drop gate but are also questioning civilian vehicles who want to move to Ladakh Region.
