The Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare has ordered an immediate ban on Nimesulide exceeding 100 mg.
Hyderabad: Illegal sale of medicines was detected during a Telangana Drugs Control Administration (DCA) raid in Hyderabad’s Chandrayangutta area.
Officials seized 11 varieties of medicines, including antibiotics and other drugs worth Rs 18,000, from a person named Aslam Bin Salam Bajaber, found operating without a valid drug licence.
Further investigations are underway.
