Firecrackers-loaded lorry touches high-tension wire, bursts into flames

The heavy vehicle was completely damaged. No casualties were reported.

Hyderabad: A lorry transporting firecrackers allegedly caught fire on Saturday, March 21, near Manikyammaguda in Kothur police station limits.

According to reports, the heavy vehicle came in contact with a high-tension wire, which led to the blaze.

As a result, traffic on the main road came to a halt. Fire tenders were called in who doused the flames within an hour.

The lorry was completely damaged. No casualties were reported.
