Hyderabad: In a shocking incident, a rowdy sheeter created panic by wielding a sickle at the IS Sadan of Santoshnagar in Hyderabad on Tuesday night.
The man was identified as Naser, who has several criminal cases against him. The nuisance continued for several minutes.
Alarmed by the sight of it, locals ran to safety and shopkeepers closed their shutters. Several parked vehicles were reportedly damaged.
On information police rushed to the spot. However, Naser escaped.
