Hyderabad: SCR cancels 22 MMTS trains from July 3-9

SCR also has extended the run of certain special trains between various destinations, to meet the extra passenger rush.

Hyderabad: The South Central Railways (SCR) has notified that certain train services have either been cancelled or partially cancelled from July 3 to 9, owing to maintenance works in Secunderabad and Hyderabad divisions.

Trains cancelled

The train services which were cancelled are Lingampally – Hyderabad, Hyderabad – Lingampally, Umdanagar – Lingampally, Lingampally–Falaknuma, Lingampally – Umdanagar, Ramachandrapuram- Falaknuma and Falaknuma – Lingampally.

Trains running between Secunderabad–Vikarabad, Vikarabad–Kacheguda, Secunderabad – Warangal, Warangal–Hyderabad, and Kacheguda–Nizamabad have also been cancelled.

Partially cancelled trains

The trains that have been partially cancelled are Kacheguda–Mahabubnagar and Mahabubnagar – Kacheguda.

Special trains extension

SCR also has extended the run of certain special trains between various destinations, to meet the extra passenger rush.

Train operating between Secunderabad – Arsikere (07233) was extended from July 6 to September 28, while Arsikere – Secunderabad (07234) train was extended from July 7 to September 29.

Likewise, the train operating between Hyderabad – Arsikere (07265) was extended from July 4 to September 26 and Arsikere – Hyderabad (07266) train was extended from July 5 to September 27.

Railway officials have requested rail users to make note of the change in the schedules and plan their travel accordingly.
