J-K: 2 migrant workers shot at in Budgam

The injured have been identified as Osman and Sufiyan from Uttar Pradesh.

Two migrant workers were injured when a gunman suspected to be militant opened fire at them in the Mazhama Magam area of Budgam, Jammu and Kashmir on Friday evening, November 1.

The injured have been identified as Osman and Sufiyan from Uttar Pradesh who were working near the Mazhama graveyard on the banks of Nallah Sukhnag when unknown gunmen opened fire. One was shot in the arm, while the other sustained a leg injury.

They were promptly transported to the sub-district hospital for medical care and are reportedly in stable condition.

As of now, police have not revealed the details of the incident; further details are awaited.
