In a significant development, Mohammed Mujahid Murtuza, a resident of Jersey City, New Jersey, has been appointed as the General Secretary of the Indian Overseas Congress, USA. The appointment, effective for a period of two years, was officially announced through an appointment letter issued by Mohinder Singh Gilzian.
At many events, he accompanied Indian National Congress leader Rahul Gandhi who is currently in the United States of America (USA).
