Hyderabad: The secretary of state legislature V Narasimha Charyulu said on Saturday that the second state legislative assembly would start at 12 pm on February 3.
In a statement released this will be the fourth meeting of the eighth sessions conducted in the Telangana Legislative Assembly.
The Legislative council session is scheduled to begin at the same time on the same day.
