Hyderabad: At least 20 government school students reportedly fell sick after consuming midday meals in Telangana’s Karimnagar district.

The incident took place at an all-girls government school in the Jammikunta region. They were rushed to the Karimnagar district hospital, where the students are receiving treatment.
