Hyderabad student murdered after argument over parking in Tolichowki

He was married six months ago.

Hyderabad: An MBA student was killed in Hyderabad on Sunday, December 14, over a parking dispute, the police said.

Mohammed Irfan, 21, a resident of Tolichowki’s Paramount Colony, was pursuing an MBA in a college in the city and, to support his family, drove an auto rickshaw in the afternoon. He was married six months ago.

Irfan’s mother told the media that Adnan, his younger brother, had parked his vehicle on the road on Saturday, leading to an argument with some people. One of the accused then informed his friends, who came to Irfan’s house and got into a heated argument with him, following which they killed him.

According to an official in the Tolichowki police station, on Saturday night, five to six people came to Irfan’s house and took him to Paramount Colony gate number 1. The men then attacked Irfan with knives, leading to his death on Sunday night.

The police reached the spot and shifted the body to the mortuary for postmortem examination.
