Hyderabad: Vidyut artisans to hold protest demanding regularisation on Dec 18

The artisans are demanding the state government to regularise all 23,000 artisans working in the energy department.

Hyderabad: Telangana Vidyut Artisens Conversation (TVAC) JAC has announced a protest at Dharna Chowk near Indira Park at 12 pm on Wednesday, December 18, demanding the state government to regularise the services of 23,000 artisans working in the energy department.

K Eashwar Rao, chairman of the JAC, informed media that the BRS government had cheated the artisans by just putting the “board” of artisans as their position but has not regularised 23,000 artisans working in the department.

He stated that the artisans have been hoping that the Congress government would regularise them immediately.
