Kuwait suspends appointments & promotions in state agencies

The decision has been immediately implemented for a period of three-month.

Kuwait has temporarily suspended appointments and promotions at all state agencies due to public interest requirements.

The decision, published in the official daily ‘Kuwait Today’, issued by Crown Prince Meshal Al Ahmad ordered a three-month suspension of appointments, promotions, transfers, and secondments at all state institutions.

The decision has been immediately implemented, the Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) reported.
