Hyderabad: Angry villagers held a protest against the disruption of drinking water supply in Telangana’s Siddipet district on Wednesday.

The protest was held in front of the gram panchayat building in Yellareddypet village. Women carried empty pots while the men raised slogans, “CM down down,” alleging no action so far.

They warned that if the officials concerned failed to address the drinking water problem, they would intensify their protests.
