Bajrang Dal, VHP to hold Hanuman Jayanthi Yatra in Hyderabad on April 2

The yatra will culminate at Tadbund Hanuman Temple in Secunderabad.

Hyderabad: The Telangana units of Bajrang Dal and Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) announced the Hanuman Jayanthi Yatra for April 2, commencing at the Rama temple in Gowliguda, Hyderabad.

“The Veera Hanuman Vijaya Yatra will be conducted with great enthusiasm this year,” said Bajrang Dal Telangana convener B Konda Venkatesh at the VHP office on Wednesday.

The rituals will start at 8 am, following the shobha yatra (procession) from Gowliguda towards Narayanguda, Chikkadpally, RTC Cross Roads, Ashok Nagar, Gandhi Nagar, Bansilalpet, City Light Hotel area, Subhash Road, Ujjaini Mahankali Temple and Paradise X Roads.

The yatra will culminate at Tadbund Hanuman Temple in Secunderabad. A mass recitation of the Hanuman Chalisa near the Union Bank area will take place, a press release said.

The Bajrang Dal and VHP has called upon all Hindu devotees and families to participate in large numbers and make the Veera Hanuman Vijaya Yatra a grand success.
