Hyderabad: Two arrested for selling ganja near temple in Dhoolpet

Officials seized 1.331 kilogram of ganja from them.

Hyderabad: The State Task Force team of the Prohibition and Excise Department apprehended two persons at Dhoolpet on Wednesday night, April 1. The sleuths seized 1.331 kilogram of ganja from them.

The accused persons, Vijay Singh and MD Saber, allegedly procured the ganja with the help of other accused persons – Rasheed, Gayatri Bai, Akhtar Hussain, Masood, and Nikhil and were selling the ganja to customers.

On information, a trap was laid and Vijay and Saber caught near the Shiva temple, Jiyaguda Road. A case is booked and special efforts are being made to nab the accused persons who are absconding.
