
Hyderabad: Continuing zero tolerance against unsafe food handling, the Cyberabad Municipal Corporation, on Monday, June 22, inspected Kodi Kura Chitti Gaare in Nallagandla and discovered multiple violations.
Officials found unclean premises, unlabelled raw chicken, desserts and mango pulp. The drains were found with food waste and dust in the preparation areas.



Poor housekeeping, an overloaded fridge and a greasy kitchen were also found.
Restaurant management failed to produce medical fitness for food handlers and water testing reports. In addition, two food handlers were found with untrimmed nails, raising serious hygiene concerns.
The unlabelled food items were discarded on the spot and an improvement notice was issued to the establishment.
Officials, however, noted that the restaurant possessed a valid FSSAI licence. The outlet scored 60 out of 98 marks (62 per cent) in the hygiene assessment
Kodi Kura Chitti Gaare currently has a 4.2-star rating on Google.
