The accused has been identified as Mohammed Nadeem, a resident of Ramnaspura in the Old City had threatened a man after a brawl at Kalapather by brandishing a sword.
The entire incident concerning the Congress leader was captured on closed circuit cameras network installed near the place where the issue took place.
The Kalapather police booked a case under BNS and Indian Arms Act. Nadeem was arrested and is being questioned.
