Hyderabad: A 38-year-old transgender person was arrested here for “sexually assaulting” a 14-year-old boy, police said on Saturday, September 26.
A case was registered at Kachiguda Police Station under relevant sections of the POCSO Act following a complaint, they said.
During the course of the investigation, the accused was arrested and produced in court on Friday, where he was remanded to judicial custody, police added.
