Mumbai: Wedding celebrations have officially begun in the Kapoor family as Anshula Kapoor prepares to tie the knot with her fiance, Rohan Thakkar. The family marked the start of the festivities with a grand Maata Ki Chowki attended by close relatives, including Boney Kapoor, Janhvi Kapoor, Khushi Kapoor, Maheep Kapoor and Shanaya Kapoor.

Expressing her excitement, Shanaya wrote, “We love you @anshulakapoor @rohanthakkar1511,” while Maheep Kapoor captioned her post, “Shaadi begins. Jai Mata Di. Anshula and Rohan.”

Anshula Kapoor and Rohan Thakkar are set to get married on July 6. The couple got engaged in New York in 2025 and announced the happy news through a joint Instagram post. Their love story began in 2022 after they met on a dating app, eventually turning their connection into a lasting relationship.
Anshula is the daughter of filmmaker Boney Kapoor and the late Mona Shourie Kapoor. She recently appeared on the reality show The Traitors, which is currently streaming on Prime Video.
