
Hyderabad: A bizarre incident occurred in Telangana’s Karimnagar, where a man posing as a Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) delivery boy fled with nearly 40 grams of gold from a woman’s house.
According to local reports, the man had approached an old woman named Gudipati Agamma in Kandugula village, saying that her son had booked an LPG cylinder and asked her to come with him to sign the delivery document.
He took the woman to a bus stop and left her there, saying he was going to fetch another customer. When he did not return, Agamma headed back to her house only to find it ransacked and her mangalsutra missing.
A complaint was filed with the police, and an investigation is underway.
