Hyderabad: Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU) has declared Akhtar Hussain qualified in Doctor of Philosophy in Social Work. He has worked on the topic “Impact of Education on the Lives of Muslims: A Study of Hyderabad City” under the supervision of Prof. Md. Shahid Raza, Professor, Dept. of Social Work, MANUU and Co-Supervision of Dr. Mohd. Husain, Dept. of Social Work (ISS), Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Agra.
His viva-voce was conducted on 17th October, 2023.
