He added that his AI script boosted the chances of getting noticed by both AI and human recruiters, as it was highly effective at bypassing automated screening systems. While detailing the recent trends of using AI tools in screening CVs and resumes, the Reddit user flagged that the recruiting industry might be entering into an "AI arms race," that would make human recruiters obsolete, leaving the question of whether real talent would be discovered in a sea of perfectly made AI generated job applications. Observing the AI-driven technological revolution, he reflected on the implications for the world of work. He said that while the automation of job applications is efficient and successful, it also raises a paradox of losing the human element that often makes a difference in a work environment. He asserted that humane factors including empathy, creativity, and critical thinking would be the distinguishing factors in the world of professional work and professional relationships. While he had provided the Git-Hub links to access the AI-based job application tool that he had kept completely free and open source, the project, the project does not work anymore.
