Hyderabad: The Telangana Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) president Ramchandra Rao has been put under house arrest on Sunday, February 22, to prevent him from going to Banswada in Kamareddy district.

Huge police were deployed at his residence in Tarnaka.

Ramachandra Rao planned to visit Banswada and meet the local people following group clashes on Friday night.
