
Mumbai: Dhurandhar 2 starring Ranveer Singh and Sara Arjun is continuing its strong performance at the box office even in its second week, clearly outperforming its prequel. On Day 13 (second Tuesday), the film earned Rs 27.75 crore, according to industry tracker Sacnilk. With this, its total net domestic collection has reached Rs 899.92 crore, while the total gross collection in India stands at an impressive Rs 1,077 crore.
Directed by Aditya Dhar and starring Ranveer Singh, Dhurandhar: The Revenge has also achieved a major milestone globally. The film has crossed the Rs 1,400 crore mark worldwide and currently stands at Rs 1,435 crore.
Amid this successful run, a big update is now creating buzz among fans.
Dhurandhar Mega Combo Cut Buzz
According to the latest reports, Dhurandhar and Dhurandhar 2 may return to theatres in a special combined version. This “mega combo” cut will present the entire story as one continuous cinematic experience.
The merged version is said to have a runtime of around 7 hours and 30 minutes. It will be screened in Hindi with English subtitles. To make the long runtime comfortable for viewers, the film will reportedly include three intervals.
However, it is important to note that there has been no official confirmation regarding this release yet.
Limited Release Plans?
As per reports, this special combined cut is expected to release in India on April 5, 2026. The release will be highly limited, with only select cinemas hosting the screenings. Show availability is also expected to be minimal, with just a few screenings per week in selected locations.
While Dhurandhar 2 continues its strong theatrical run, this possible extended cut has added excitement and curiosity among fans.
