Industry leaders discuss organisational transformation at Keka ‘HR Katalyst’

The main objectives of the event were to understand how fatigue affects HR professionals and whether transformational leadership facilitates or impedes the growth journey

Hyderabad: The Hyderabad-based HR Tech leader, Keka, conducted ‘HR Katalyst’ on Wednesday, January 24. With ‘The Transformation Deficit’ as its theme, the event sought to bridge the gap between the need for organisational transformation and businesses’ ability to implement these changes successfully.

The main objectives of the event were to understand how fatigue affects HR professionals and whether transformational leadership facilitates or impedes the growth journey.

Over 500 HR experts attended the 14th HR Katalyst in Hyderabad, which was hosted by Keka, for networking and knowledge-sharing sessions. The topics covered during the event included HR change fatigue, practical methods for closing the transformation gap, and effective change management tools.

Besides insightful sessions, there were other highlights at the event, including a wellness session powered by CultFit and a stand-up comedy show by Anmol Garg.

“Keeping HR professionals at the core, we have designed the event to be both informative and fun,” stated Keka CEO Vijay Yalamanchili. “Witnessing the brightest minds in the industry come together as peers to learn and develop was an amazing experience. It gives us great pleasure to host our premier HR Katalyst in Hyderabad for a second time.”
