Hyderabad cybercrime police to track, monitor habitual offenders

Officials have been instructed to identify such suspects, and maintain their suspect/history sheets in CCPS records.

Hyderabad: The Director General of Police (DGP) has instructed the Hyderabad cybercrime police station (CCPS) to maintain suspect/history sheets for habitual offenders involved in social media offences and financial frauds.

In order to curb nefarious activities, cybercrime officers will closely monitor suspicious activities and maintain records to help identify suspects.

The CCPS has been asked to submit its compliance report on the same, within the stipulated time.
