Andhra: Police meet community members for Milad-un-Nabi

Hyderabad: Kandukur Police held a peace committee meeting with community representatives on Monday, August 24, ahead of the Milad-un-Nabi celebrations. The meeting focused on ensuring that the celebrations are held peacefully and without any issues.

SHO H. Venkateshwarlu spoke with community representatives and discussed the need to maintain peace, harmony and public order during the celebrations.

He appealed to the public to cooperate with the police and help maintain peace and harmony during the Milad-un-Nabi celebrations.

Meanwhile, Hyderabad is witnessing preparations for Milad-un-Nabi, with religious events and community welfare activities planned at several locations.

Schools and other educational institutions in Hyderabad and other districts of Telangana will observe a holiday in view of Milad un Nabi, the birth anniversary of Prophet Muhammad.
